Struct-One, Incorporated was founded in 2004 by David Rawls. Comprised of two divisions, Division One deals solely with general contracting, while Division Two focuses on rough carpentry and wood framing. Utilizing this format the company has steadily grown to be a full-service general contractor since then, servicing all of San Diego County.
Licensed, bonded, and insured, our primary goal is to ensure our projects are done efficiently and correctly and that the customer is satisfied with the finished
product. We are known for our fast-track scheduling and ability to deal with our patrons and contacts in a professional and timely manner while not sacrificing
quality work and craftsmanship in the process. With the help of our sub-contractors as well as our in-house crews, we are able to fully staff our projects at any
time of the day, as well as providing on-site project management and excellent customer service and will be more than happy to supply references and contact information upon request.
